Still at their copier toner scam

We just had an incident with Global Business Systems. Called several weeks ago and got assistant who stated that he was calling for our copier company. Told her our toner that we had ordered had gotten damaged in shipment and was being re-sent. We have NEVER ordered from this company. In fact, our toners are part of our maintenance agreement with the copier company and they supply them. We received an invoice for over $450.00 for a $35.00 toner. I have informed "Jenny" that we did not order the toner cartridge and if she wants it returned, SHE will pay for the shipping return. She declined to do that and I told her we were going to consider it a gift. She then told me that the invoice was for 3 cartridges, not just one. The invoice states it is for one cartridge. She stated that they would turn it over to collections and told her I would be documenting and disputing anything she tried. Don't think we will probably hear any more from them, but just wanted others to know they are back at it since the last post was from 2013.
