I bought a reconditioned Precor recumbent bike from Global Fitness. I think the price was reasonable, and the description of the work they do to recondition the bike was very thorough. They also give an excellent warranty. The bike arrived quickly, and was well packed and protected. But the best part of buying from them was the person who helped me -- Gabriela Gonzalez. She was extremely knowledgeable; helpful; nice and friendly. She advocated for her company in a good way. And she was great at responding to inquiries promptly. I wish more companies were like this.
