Goldline, a hassle and a pain in my #ss!
I bought gold from them back in 2008. And it when up considerably. When I wanted to sell it back to them my account rep Aracelly Barbra was never around and always out to lunch, walking her dog, changing her underwear etc. I sent her a voided check so she could liquidate and wire my funds and I had to keep calling for days to get her to even come on the dam phone and confirm the stupid transaction after gold dropped from 1740 to below 1700. And I lost important money when I was trying to close on a house. But the funds were finally wired to my account. I More importantly, I needed a proof of purchase or liquidation confirmation from them and waited over a week and still have not received it when I was told it would be done last week. Obviously, they are having issues with the IRS. I would not buy anything from them. There, customer service is terrible, and on top of that they are rude. Who wants to by from a business with an attitude. The way they sounded (always on the defensive) made it seem like more than a few people were discussed with them. Never again will I buy gold from Goldline!
