I called and spoke with Jay on Thursday September 30, 2010 at Grand Motors, I told him I was interested in buying one of his cars and asked if he could please put it on hold for me because I could not get to his lot until Saturday two days later, I asked if I could give him a deposit...Jay said we will hold the car for you and a deposit is not necessary..Saturday morning came, I text Jay to let him know we were on our way to purchase the car and drive it home, he told me he had it washed an waxed for us and it is ready to go. Approximately and hour into our ride which is half way to his lot from our home I received a text from Jay telling me to turn around because they just sold the car they had on hold for me to someone else...As you can imagine, I am pretty upset...Do not do business with this unprofessional car dealer, if you do remember buyer beware....
