I bought a monster t nitro rc from This company Hobby E-Store almost two months ago. The truck has never ran I have tried to contact the company by phone many times and no one has ever answered. I started emailing and have got some help with the truck. They have sent bearings and another part. I replaced them and then discovered another problem emailed again. After several emails was told that this part wasn't normally replaced because it is a wearing part. I told them the truck has never been ran it couldn't have wore. After a few more emails they agreed to send the part. A week later I got the part and was sent the wrong part. A few more emails and another few weeks I get the part replace it the truck still doesn't work. I emailed again and ask for a refund or a truck that works. I was told that they couldn't give me a refund because after a nitro truck is ran they can't resell it. A few emails later the part that is needed this time is again a wearing part and they won't replace it but I can buy it. So now I have a $200.00 rc truck paper weight. I emailed them again and now no longer get a response. Please beware of this company. The have no customer service nor do they stand behind the product that they sell.
