HOBBYTRON is a horrible place to do any business with.
I ordered an advertised Syma S107g helicopter.What I received was packaged as WORLD TECH TOYS PHANTOM! the one I received is a non working fake or counterfiet copy of the actual SYMA product.
When I received it the helicopter would not fly. The motors do not even run.
I went thru the hoops with them trying to get repairs or a replacement.
After waiting a week for a reply I recontacted them again and their reply was then that they were out of stock and claimed they did not know when they would have more in stock.
I then requested that they credit my credit card and they refused to do that and only offered in-store credit.
I wish that I had checked on reviews of HOBBYTRON before I placed my order.
They have a very bad reputation for selling poor products and items that do not work as advertised.
I have written many review places on the internet with my problems.
I have also filed a despute with my credit card company.
I also filed a complaint with US CUSTOMS about their counterfiet product.
I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Avoid them like the plague.
