Don't Buy from them.
Good prices. Worst internet shopping experience ever. Paid for 2 day shipping and kept looking at the order status page that they give you. After a couple of days and 3 ignored emails finally got someone on the phone (good luck with that too.) I explained that the status was still processing on the page and more than a week had passed since the order was placed. To my amazement they told me that they did not updated the status page!! what is the point of a status page if it is not going to be updated? They gave me a tracking number. After hanging up I checked the tracking number and It was already returned to them, the reason was that they used the wrong zipcode. OH! and don't use the customer service link, which is a web form,it looks like it works but it does not. Contact them using the "Live Chat" which is always offline, but they do follow up on that one. Anyway I ordered 2 items and was billed for 2 items. After calling them again they told me that they would ship the order again and give me the tracking info at the end of that day (Friday). Monday morning still did not had the tracking info. Had to wait until Monday afternoon to finally get one. 1 Month later the order arrived. WITH THE WRONG ZIP CODE! Thank you USPS for fixing their mistake. Hobbytron still swears they sent it with the good one. I took a photo of the shipping label and send to them. No response... anyway, the order was incomplete. They told me that it was an accounting mistake, I told them that it was not because I ordered 2 items. At that point I did not wanted to deal with them anymore and canceled the remaining Item. DONT BUY FROM THEM!
