The cabinets that we received are not bad and the price was pretty good. But their installers are a complete nightmare - the first one that they sent us literally had no experience. It was his first day on the job and no one came out to help him. He finally had to leave because he didn't know what to do. The second person that they sent out thought that he knew what to do, but wouldn't listen to me or believe me when I told him that he was putting cabinets in the wrong place. I finally had to call his supervisor on the phone and make him talk to the installer and tell him he was doing it wrong. We finally had to have a supervisor come out to do the job properly.
The job was still done on time and when it is DONE BY A SUPERVISOR, it is done correctly. But make sure to get in your contract that Sergio will do the installation, otherwise, it will be a complete mess. Also, be sure that you are home when they do the installation or you never know what you may get.
