To whom it may concern,
If you are presently considering remodeling your home, know that I was recently sitting in your shoes. It being a large project, I wanted to be certain the company chosen, as well as its’ employees could be counted on and trusted in my home. I wanted to have confidence in selecting the right company for the job. Most importantly, I wanted to feel that they money I invested was fair and that I got the best value for hard earned dollars.
I have heard stories of contractors who did not complete projects for friends and family members and even contractors who took money without completing the work. I was determined to do my homework to be sure I was satisfied not only with the end result, but with the progression of the project as well.
I visited with five separate remodeling companies and evaluated each one based on experience, quality of products (warranties), and price. I visited previous customers who had performed work with the various companies I was considering and asked them about their experiences. After I weighed all of the information, I decided to select I And E Cabinets for the following reasons-
1) I was provided a professional design from a certified design and manufacturing company that had an “A” rating with the Better Business Bureau
2) The company’s license and insurances were current and up to date. (Not all of the other companies I was considering were)
3) I And E Cabinets Sol, my Design Representative, provided me a list of the materials involved in the project so I would be able to compare “like” materials with the other companies. (Other companies were not always willing to do that)
4) I was provided a clear “time frame to complete” that was realistic. I was explained why it would take the time it would.
5) I wanted to work with a company that could provide all of the trades involved.
6) The price was more than fair.
Three days later, I met with the draftsman Ed Rigg. Ed showed me on his computer exactly how my custom project would look from every angle. At that time, I made a slight change to my design, which did not delay the project at all. Two week later, Tony and his assistant arrived to demolish my existing cabinets and countertops in one afternoon. The next day, my beautiful new cherry cabinets were installed in just a few days. I liked that they did not remove my existing cabinets until my new ones were ready to be installed. This allowed for my project to complete faster and let me enjoy my kitchen sooner than I had expected. The countertops went in beautifully. I went with a warm granite color and a “full” back splash to complement my cherry cabinets.
I could not be happier with my experience. I found that by doing my homework, I made the best choice. All told, I invested about 26 hours researching companies and speaking with previous customers. If I had known I And E Cabinets was going to do such a great job for me, I could have saved a ton of time and headaches. If I had it to do again, I would choose I And E Cabinets.
Please thank the entire company for working so hard for my family and me. We have had three dinner parties (including the one your employees attended) since the work was completed and we are looking forward to having you back soon to redo our bathrooms.
