I.C.A. Systems may have a B- rating, but they have been calling my number for over two weeks. There has never been a message left and no written correspondence has ever been received. That is in violation of FDPCA law. If they have a claim, I should have received a written letter within 5 days of their first phone call. That has not happened. Since that has not taken place they are in violation of the law. I don't think their B- rating is warranted. It should be an F if they cannot follow the law.
