Horrible service-and I'm SHOCKED

I have used Image Invites 2 times for party invitations and have been very pleased in the past. So naturally as I'm planning my daughter's 5th bday party I went right back to there website. I placed my initial order on November 26th. I responded to Marlene with the necessary info for the invite the next day. According to website I should have received a proof within 48 hrs. I didn't receive a proof until 4 days later. I requested a change in the party time. I got a second proof on December 4th. I told her it was perfect and to please print and mail out on December 4th. On December 10th (6 days later!) she informed me she had mailed them out and I would receive them within 3 days. Today is December 18th and I still have not received the invitations!! My daughters party is on the 30th and I won't have any invitations to mail out in time :-( I am shocked because the first 2 times I used this company the process was smooth and quick. I have emailed and called her with no response whatsoever. DO NOT USE IMAGE INVITES!!!
