i bought a battery for my laptop price and ordering were fine. the problem came when i had to return the battery. i got the rma and return item to company they said credit would take 10-14 days. i called towards the end of aug and was told they rec'd on 8/12 and was working on the credit note this was past the 10-14 day. i called back on 8/28 and was told the credit was issued and should be credited to my account by 8/31 i called on 9/2 and was told credit would be there on 9/3 and told the credit wasnt issued until 8/31 and would be on my acct next day. i called back on 9/4 and was told they would call me back in 30 min i called back 2 hrs later and was told they would check cause my account should have gotten credit on 8/31/9. he told me he would check issue and call be back by 4;30 i called back at 5:30 to be told i could have confirmation number of transmittal when ask if my bank could use to trace was told no. explained to this person what had transpired and he tells me it will be the 8th or 9th before payment will appear. they had to retransmit credit which by the way was on the same day i called and they said it was already done.
