Went above and beyond

My water heater burst and I didn't notice for three days. Scott and crew came out immediately, disconnected the old one, brought in a new one, and hooked it up a few feet away from its normal position so the repair crew could dry and fix the walls. Two weeks later they reinstalled the water heater in its proper position.
The amazing thing is, Scott was helping me here on his birthday, and stayed late to be sure I'd have hot water, even though that meant he was late for his own family birthday. Even more amazing, during the day he'd gotten something in his eye (probably from my garage), and although he had to hit the drugstore for eye drops and other medication, he came back to the job and finished it despite obviously being in distress.
This guy is a hard worker, not a quitter, and super nice too. I was so comfortable with Scott and crew that I would leave them alone with access to my house. Good people.
I am absolutely going to call them and recommend them to anyone!
(They also recommended an emergency repair outfit that did a great job for me, working within insurance reimbursements.)
