Repairs on new roof.

Found leak on rook installed 2 1/2 years ago.Found leak after heavy rain last month from rain band.When I called I was told that if damaged by a name storm warranty is invalid.Since then I had an adjuster and two qualified roof contractors confirm that leak is caused by couple of nails not sealed correctly which had nothing to do with the storm.A very minor repair that will stop the leak.I have called LifeTime repeatably and left emails none which I've received responses to.This is clearly a warranty issue but it appears once roof is installed your on your own.I am clearly shocked of the unprofessional handling of this issue.
