Worst customer service experience of my life! Went in to buy a car, check book in hand and waited an hour before the salesman who had helped me the week before showed up after telling me he would be there in 20 minutes. Then the car we had discussed previously could not be found (which it was in stock and in the system), I said I want to buy that car and so he said why don't you leave and I'll call you when I find it! Are you kidding, I came in to buy a car... Then he said, "ok, let's go look for it". Great idea, so we wandered for thirty minutes in the underground garage, and his conclusion, "there are a lot of cars here... let's ask service". We walked into the service area, and the receptionist asks him what he needs.... he gives her a blank stare and without speaking to her he turns to me and says "well I guess it's not here, how about I call you when I find it" This guy must not like me or not want to sell me a car! We return to the front lobby and he bids me a farewell. I say, excuse me I came to buy a car. Then, the truth, he says "well I have another customer outside at a car who just arrived" and so I asked to speak to his manager. The manager, who also very insulting, I express my displeasure with my experience and my service. His only suggestion to me, well I can set you up with another sales person... are you kidding me at this point you should be begging for forgiveness for your retarded employees or how about walking outside and dragging your idiot salesperson inside by the ear and tell him to help his customer! Instead, I said I came here today to buy a Lexus, but instead I will go home without my wife's Christmas present and deal with this on the weekend at another dealership. By the way, thanks jerk for ruining my wife's Christmas present!!! I would never ever buy a car at this dealership, to them I was just another sale and another customer, and to the sales guy I wasn't a quick enough sale apparently... more than 30 minutes with a customer must be his attention span. And to think I would buy a $50,000 car from them. I highly suggest finding another dealership that cares about the car buying experience! It will be worth your drive, I promise.
