If you go to the Better Business Bureau website, you will see similar complaints about the poor customer service and lack of promised services by this company.
Our sales representative, Hector Ovalle, is the VP of sales. Hector contacted us on a weekly, if not daily, basis. He came to our door to try and sell us the systems and would call us on all phone numbers provided to him to try and set up an appointment.
We finally met with him, and he seemed to be a genuinely nice guy. He sold us on their system, but also promised us supplies that he has yet to provide to us. Of the supplies promised, what is most important to us is a TDS that measures the purity of the water and the manual for the system itself.
Our system was installed on July 6, 2011 and he was good about following up with us and responding to us the first month. Personally, I think he only did so in order to get more business from our family members and friends. We would ask about the supplies he had yet to provide us and he continued to let us know that their supply orders were backed up but that he would provide it in another 2 weeks.
It has now been over 2 months and I can't get a return call from him. We've left multiple voice messages over the last 4 weeks on his cell phone that he provided. I've also tried calling their general customer phone number to leave messages for him and did not get a call back. I asked if I could speak with his supervisor or any other sales Representative and the customer support line could not connect me to anyone else.
While we did receive the system, we never received a manual regarding the maintenance of the system. We're also concerned because our contract includes 2 years of maintenance and filters for our system. If he has not been good on delivering the other supplies, we can't be sure that 2 years from now he'll stick to the contract.
