Wow! (not in a good way)...Thats all I can say about Maxim Escrow. Ive been dealing with an Escrow Officer named Michelle Miranda...STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH HER!!!....I wont and dont speak for others but I can say everyone that I've dealt with over the purchase of my Maxim owned home, mortgage process, etc...has all had negative dealings with her.. She is rude, inefficient and will leave your process of buying a home in shatters just to have the last word in any matter she feels not in control of.!
I've given over $8000 dollars in Escrow for a purchase of a Maxim home to which she has held ransom and will not answer any questions without being sarcastic, over-bearing and just plain rude...and once again, these are just questions.! For a customer service department, she really sheds a negative light on Maxim in general..
Either way, everyone Im working with now (along with myself) would rather not deal with her than sell a home or finance one with a pleasurable experience. I can honestly say, I would never had considered the home I am buying if I knew up front she was so vindictive and rude.
I could only hope the owner or GM of Maxim review their posts to maybe get an honest answer on how she hinders their business.
Either way, I cant wait till closing so I can rid myself of her...Plainly put....Just a horrible home buying experience because of Michelle Miranda!
