I looked online for a vehicle and seen the selling price listed as 11988. When I arrived on the lot the price of the vehicle was 13998. After working and crunching numbers, I told him I needed the vehicle for the price listed online. The finance manager went to the sales manager, and when the sales manager came outside he stated it was a weekend price and refused to honor it. The sales manager stated it took 24 hours for the website to update, however it was Tuesday. He then stated ithe website was controlled by a third party not them. He asked the finance manager the bank fee, then said, " this is the vehicle selling price (13988) take it or leave it, and walked away.
