Longest job ever

I hired Michael Miletti to paint my house and it was the worst experience I have had with any contractor (and I've hired many, including plumbers, electricians, roofers, builders, etcetc). The main problems were the length of time (it took 4 months, yes "months", not weeks) and the lack of supervision (Michael didn't do the actual painting, it was his worker). The painter scraped too deeply to the point of damaging our wood in places. To top it off, the paint started peeling less than a year later and Michael never returned to repair. If I were you, I'd pay a bit more and hire a more professional outfit, especially if it is for a house vs. a commerical building.
