Price Gouging at its finest

Wow. Over the phone they offered fast, courteous service and said that they couldn't quote me a price for replacing a toilet right there because they needed to see it. They said it would be $76 for a truck roll and that would be waived if I did any work. The day of the plumber was supposed to arrive at 1PM or shortly thereafter. At 4:45PM I finally get a call that they are coming and within 10 minutes was told $505 for a toilet replacement - AFTER I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED THE TOILET AND PLACED IT IN THE BATHROOM. I was shocked. It took me a minute to get my bearings, but I showed the plumber the door and called a local company that said $150 over the phone.
