I requested the services of Mysmallclaim.com for a Small Claims Court case in San Diego. While the online process was simple and user-friendly, the results were poorly conducted. They served the wrong defendant TWICE, causing me to have to defer the case to a later date while I tried to get this untangled. When I wrote Mysmallclaim to (1) advise them of the error and (2) request assistance/resolution, I received the following reply:
"This is a legal advise and we are not attorneys. Show up to your hearing so that you get your judgment."
I'm not sure that that means, but it is certainly neither helpful nor professional. I recommend due diligence in shopping around for other providers before choosing Mysmallclaim.com
