This company although giving me a chance 5 years ago when no one else would (i.e. bad credit); has been the WORST in customer service. Admittedly I am a slow payer but after 5 years of slow paying I am nearly done and it's been TORTURE. These people called during Hurricane Ike when we had no power or food for weeks. On today, I am near to completion in my payments and I did get about my 1000th harrassing call from Oscar/Omar (the harrassment twins) and they began hurling racial slurs at me! This company is NOT PROFESSIONAL. They have this "F" rating for a reason try and go somewhere else if you have the opportunity!
