WOW... Excellent Service
I saw an online advertisement for a 2007 Lexus GS 450h (the hybrid), with low miles and I pretty much thought "this might be the car for me; I hope the sales team doesn't change my mind!" I have family in the new and used car business, and I know how it can be...And that you get a lot of flack at times.
Well, all I can say is WOW. I contacted Nash Auto about the car, and he got right back to me with information, pictures and professionalism. Since I live up in the Hollywood area, I couldn't make it down to see the car until that weekend. When I was able to drive down, (Internet Sales)took care of us. I was turning in a leased vehicle, so I asked if I could buy the car, then pick it up in a month, to avoid making double car payments - no problem. He made what could have been a difficult process easy. We were in and out of there in hours...And I owned a beautiful car! When I came by a month later to pick it up, it was painless and easy.
If you have the chance to give your salespeople a pat on the back, or some special "kudos" for a job well done, I hope you take a moment to do so for My Sales Man. If ANYONE I know is ever looking for a used Toyota or Lexus, I am sending them to Nash Auto!
