We had the same experience as several others that have listed complaints about this company. We received an invoice dated 6/10/09 on 5/5/2010 saying that they had reviewed their records and we had never paid this invoice. I then received a collection call on 5/7/2010 saying that we owed this and they were going to turn us over to collections if we did not pay this bill. I also received a fax after the message was left that said they would offer a discount if we would pay the bill. After doing some research we realized what type of company this was and faxed them copies of stories we had found about them and how incorrect the information was on the invoice and that we would be filing a complaint against them with the BBB of California and Colorado and that if we were contacted again that we would contact the Attorney General of the above mentioned states. Advise all of your people to just say no when these types of people call your office.
