Excellent experience with New Gen. All questions were answered and the process was explained in a clear and concise fashion. The ability to contact the company and talk or discuss any questions I had during the process was incredibly helpful. After completion, the process to get through SCE and the administrative items were discussed and handled confidently and efficiently.
