I have had a very unpleasant experiencse with this company. They put a new roof on my house about 7 to 10 years ago and I have them come out every other year to check to be sure the roof is okay. It is a flat roof and prone to problems. However there have been leaks and I had to have my ceiling repaired at least 3 times over the last 10 years (at my expense). They came in Dec 09 to check the roof, found a bubble in an area and suggested repairing it which I did. When the rains came I thought the ceiling was becoming discolored and called them and they said they were busy but would come as soon as possible. Several weeks had gone by and no further words from them. When the heavier rains came the last couple of weeks I noticed the ceiling damage was getting worse and I called them again. They were supposed to come to check damages on March 1 and never showed up. I left 3 calls for them in the last 2 days and no return phone calls were received. They are aware of the damage and the ceiling is ready to collapse. I have had buckets and towels on the floor to catch as much water as possible. It is now 5:30 PM on March 2 and they still have not called or come to check the damages.
