I'm sick of On Time Shutters & Blinds fake ads and false promises. They come in my newspaper: On Time advertises 60% off shutters - but this is a fantasy. 60% off what?! They may as well advertise 99.9% off shutters because the prices are made up. Then they say the shutters are "American-Made" in "Southern California". But, they are Sunland Shutters, a Chinese manufacturer. So, maybe they meant "made in Southern China" and sold by Americans passing them off as "American-Made". They have no employees and they do all their own measuring, sales and installation?! C'mon, who is kidding who?
