I was a bit skeptic, having to trust and work with some one from a long distance, to proceed with a badly need loan with lowest possible rate.
My Loan officer, Amy Tran was very helpful and put me at ease in no time. She is diligent and prompt to help and guide me was was able to find and 'LOCK IN' the low 30 year fixed rate with no points! that I was looking for. I like the way she works ( let me talk to my manager :) )
And of course during the entire process, Document Processor: Kristy Ha was always there to explain what specific document was needed and how best to secure and process them.
Jennifer and I are greatly indebted to them for securing this loan for us that we needed so badly to reduce my mortgage payments.
