Pacific Oaks --- Great doctors, awful office staff

Last week I walk in on crutches and in extreme pain due to a torn calf muscle to see my doctor. I parked in the garage that only accepts cash so I could get to the elevator easily.
At check out I gave my credit card to the desk person to process $20 co-pay. As he swiped it I asked for my parking validation. Then some older man in a t-shirt and shorts interrupts and says,"We don't validate and never validate."
I told him my doctor promised me validation due to that parking meter incident with the slow staff. They would not give me the validation and so I left without signing the credit card slip.
I went downstairs and found and ATM that charged a hefty fee for the cash
withdrawal to pay for the parking and went outside to call my friend to tell him what happened. I am on crutches and in extreme pain on the phone with him when the older man in shorts and a t-shirt comes down with the unsigned credit card slip having stalked me down 3 floors.
He said: "Are you going to sign this or not?"
I told my friend I would have to call him back as this person was very
aggressive with me.
"Are you going to validate my parking?"
"We never validate parking and I don't know who told you this" and he went off on a major tirade about the meidcal system in the US against me ---- while in crutches and extreme pain.
I told him I would honor my part and pay my co-pay if they would honor theirs and validate my parking.
The man storms off and yells "I'm just going to send you to collections."
No empathy, no compassion, no understanding from staff.
Doctors are only saving grace for this clinic.
