Hello! Recently I was having printer problems at work. Not only did we run out of ink for the printer in our main office, but we had no idea what type of ink to buy, or how to install the new ink cartridges. And I was talking to a friend, and she mentioned that Package Data Services had been her supplier for a long time. So I called up Package Data Services, and they were able to quickly tell me exactly what type of Laser Cartridge I needed. I was already very happy, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call after I received the cartridges, explaining to me step-by-step how to install the cartridge in the machine, and get everything working flawlessly.
