This is a ripoff. We bought a full vacation package; week in a condo and a cruise 2 years ago. It was an open-ended reservation. We booked the cruise, the hotel, the shuttle service and airline reservations. The company cancelled our cruise just yesterday and didn't tell us. We found out because we were redeeming point rewards and Royal Caribbean couldn't find the reservation number. If we hadn't tried redeeming our points with Royal Caribbean we would have gone down to Miami, went to the ship and tried to check in....NO CRUISE RESERVATION WOULD HAVE BEEN IN THEIR RECORDS! We looked up the company on Better Business Bureau and its got an alert saying its out of business. We got ripped off $900!
