Power ford of Tustin and I legally transacted a sale of a pre-owned Saturn Vue. A car on there lot a car they stood by to sell on aug 31st 2008. The vehicle since has been in the shop for a check engine light more then 3times. the saturn dealership has been trying to find the problem and has been replacing part after part to handle this. I have to miss work, rent a car and take the time out to take my new-preowned car to the shop! I finally after repedetly calling the sales man who sold it to me Terry kovak decided to go into Tustin Ford. the moment i walked in the floor manager looked at me as if i was a 16 year old girl wining about my car. as i explained my issue to him he didnt bother to once get out of his seat he sat there typing on his computer and obviously not listening as i had to repeat the facts 3 times to him. i said i did not buy a new car to have these issues, he replied "well you didnt buy a new car" so therefor because it sais its not brand new you dont stand by a product you sold. he said well what do yu want me to do for you...i explained I just wanted my car to be fixed and felt as if they had a responsibility to me to fix this he replied with "well we dont service saturns here theres nothing i can do for you so what would you like me to do" as he sat there just staring at me with no help no resolution nothing except you bought a used car (an 08) mind you...its not a ford we cant help you...
With it only being less then 90 days since i bought the car I would think Power Ford had a responsibility to up hold their end and fix the vehicle they sold me. but instead all i got was a kick in the rear and a "we cant do anything for you" thats right you have my commission i suppose thats all that you needed.
