Stay away from Printroom and spread the word to everyone
|
I have been a member of Printroom for 6 years as a Pro Service and paid my annual dues. I have hosted several galleries of my work. In 2013 I started to use their services for printing customer's order and direct ship to them. Printroom takes a 15% commission
plus 3% credit card charge, the rest is our profits. When profits exceed $100, they send a check. The check never came as promised for several months. They owe me several hundreds of dollars. Contacted them by email, phone calls without success (no one there).
I have recently filed a complaint to the BBB and spreading the word that this company is operating an illegal scheme and stilling money from their clients. I am trying to find a way to 1) stop them, 2) to get my money back 3) avoid that any other photographers
get trapped by their facade.
