I started doing business with Printroom in November of 2010. Was supposed to get paid a little over $100 on December 15. The check never came. Contacted them by phone, left numerous messages because no one seems to answer the phone, emailed them over four times. Kept getting form letter back saying it had been escalated to next level, but I never got my check. They kept saying it was coming by the end of the week, but it never did. It is now four months later and still have not got paid. My customers paid them the money and I never got my profit check.
This is the same email I keep getting, but never anything else:
I have escalated your case to our VP of fiances. Once I receive a response from him, I will be able to contact you further.
