Our company received two invoices for toner we NEVER ordered from this company. Today we received a phone call from "Brian" who mentioned that my supervisor spoke with a "Valerie" in the shipping department when she supposedly ordered ONE toner that apparently costs $983.31! This crook was calling to check the status of the unpaid invoice. The man was unable to answer several questions I had regarding this "order" that we NEVER placed and NEVER received. This company has an "F" on the BBB website and after reading customer reviews on this website I felt the need to add to the bad reputation of this rip-off company. Beware!
