One more Victim. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PRO PHOTO NATION!!
I bought a camera/lens package from them that had a 2x teleconverter and lens hood included with overnight shipping. The package arrived one week later, was minus the teleconverter and lens hood. I called them and they (alfred, account manager) said it would arrive by the next Wednesday. When it did not arrive by that Friday, I called again to see what was going on. Then he says Those pieces cannot be shipped separately from a "package". I would have to send him back the "package" they sent me and he would send the correct package which included those items. I was reluctant at that time but called the credit card company and asked the fraud dept. for their advise. They advised to go ahead and send it back to them, just get the tracking number as well as RMA # which I got. I overnighted it to them and they signed the receipt and ever since I sent it back they have not returned any phone calls or replied to any emails ever since sending it back. I'm in the dispute process with the CC company now. Just hope I can get my money back.
