if Rite Away shows up, RUN AWAY

They were sent out to our home by home warranty company and I will NEVER let them in our home again! Technician did not have any basic parts with him, wanted us to wait 48 hours for him to come back. Meantime that would have meant having no water in the whole house. Nightmare of an experience and the main thing is they DON'T care. Mainly he was worried that we pay the deductible. Oh, and selling us other services that are not covered by home warranty.
They were unprofessional, both technicians and office staff, as well as unprepared and rude. Management makes itself "unavailable" for calls. Just check their BBB rating(F). You don't need much more info than that.
And I only put 1 star because I HAD to put something.
