I visited SC Auto Resale after email contact and researching on the internet with them. That is where I should have ended it. I found a BMW that I was fond of, was in and out to purchase within an hour and half, and hell started a few days later. My car after driving it for a week overheated, the overflow tank was busted, and apart of the contract was for it to be fixed. I am filing this review still in the process while waiting for my vehicle to be returned to me. It has been almost two weeks,the car is supposedly fixed, but I have not seen it yet! SC Auto has given me a complete runaround-they have totally shaken my car buying experience. I don't suggest them at all! They don't return phone calls, they act very disinterested in their customer's needs, and don't properly address customer's inconvenices caused by their inabilty to get cars repaired, that should have been in great shape from the start of purchase. They also sale cars that our dirty and have no gas in them.. I mean how cheap! They are far from meeting the mark of posessing any kind of good, excellent, or fair customer service skills. I don't know how they have survived this long! I barely got offered a rental after a week with no car, runaround conversations, etc.. They keep saying we will give you your money back. Like this happens all the time, and its easier to give a customer money back, instead of offering another car of equal value, or dealing with fixing the car. I am soo frustrated with this company..Even when this turns out for the best, I am still submitting this complaint and possibly a story to local newspaper, or local auto banks, about how terrible SC Auto is...
