I recently purchased a home with several known sewer pipe issues. At the time of the inspections, 2 different companies offered to repair with a liner but my inspector recommended I consider the full replacement given that there were two breaks out at/under the road. By the time we closed and I was ready to think about it, the new video showed one of the breaks was too severe for a liner (which would have only been a temporary fix since the ground had moved).
I got a referral to Schuelke and they sent Tiago and Tony out to see me. The guys went through everything and came up with a great plan to address the situation in a proper, yet reasonably cost-effective way and to provide a warranty for everything.
Digging the street is like asking Los Angeles for an Act of God, but the guys (with Adam's crew) managed to get the emergency permits and get it all going quickly. We used pipe-bursting up to the sidewalk to avoid extra dig costs and then lined to the foundation. Under the house we did a full replacement of the 60+ year old cast iron system. Definitely going to help with the future value of the house!
