Last month our refrigerator wasn't working right so I called Smith Bros. to repair it. The repairman came to the house and said it would be $219.00 for the part and $169.00 labor. With tax it came to $409.75. I paid him but thought it to be very expensive, so I took the old part to Dirksen's appliance and repair in Artesia and showed them the part and they had the same one for $70.00, thats a difference of $149.00, I believe that it was very unfair to charge that amount, and also the repairman was only here for about 20 minutes, in the phone book it say's there is no travel time charged. I also think this was an unfair charge and the total bill should have been around $165.00. I will never use Smith Brothers for anything again.
