I ordered (and paid fully) for a battery, charger and 10 cartons of cartridges. They sent only the battery and charger. No cartridges. I have so far made 4 attempts via email with no response. I have made numerous attempts to call (1-888-766-5357) and always get a busy signal. All I want is what I paid for or a refund for the cartridges. I can't even get a response and I am very upset. Use GreenSmoke, their customer service is much better and ship quickly.
