This company is a total joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!! We ordered these and the product was decent, but when we ordered supplies, it has taken them over a month and still no order fulfillment. We called them and they gave us a USPS number, but to this tracking number states that the package was due to be picked up may not have been (its standard policy). I"m trying to quit smoking regular cigs and this thing does help. However, if you have to wait months to get the refills, then what is the point. We tried to get our money back and they keep giving us the run around. We actually found out about these guys on CNN, so you figure you can trust them....Right???? Wrong...Go elsewhere if you want this type of product.
