Hard Conversation But Good Work
|
Unfortunately for this company they are not in control, they simply are following a plan or job and have very little say as to how they accommodate customers; or in this scenario people who’s cars have been booted.
I’m in West Palm Beach and I spoke to a driver Nate. He didn’t have much information or ways to help but his supervisor called me quickly as the situation escalated.
Junior Torres explained to me throughly why the booting had occurred and why I did not show in the system. This was a novice mistake on my end and I owned that. Although I was appreciative that Mr. Torres kept his composure and offered a solution.
I appreciate his efforts. Truthfully the HOA is the issue with this type of problem but they hire third parties because they don’t want to do the dirty work of customer service.
The fee is $65, very minimal, but what I wanted was a chance to not let it happen again and Mr. Torres Explained that to me. It’s the HOA in certain areas, giving you vague information, causing you and I to figure it out. I rated a 4 because I was given a solution and explained why the problem happened and how to prevent it.
