The Vice president of this company not only used profanity with my wife, but is a confirmed Liar. When our alarm system was broken according to the vice president he made no attempt to fix the issue. This company was only concerned with getting paid and trying to sue us. The president of the company admitted to me directly that they were in error. When we requested the part needed to fix our alarm system when we received it in the mail, the postmark was more than 30 days old. They do not stand behind their product and are very unscrupulous.
We switched to ADT and not only receive excellent service and no longer get cursed at by an officer of the company, but the contract rate was cheaper as well as being a company someone has actually heard of.
