Jill T. – thank you for your comments. In fact, Nationwide Advisors is not using my office BBB rating to improve their rating therein. We have brought the principals of Nationwide Advisors in to our organization to assist us in our consumer practice. The debt settlement company you reference is no longer applicable as my office will be the sole representative, both in terms of negotiations and legal matters, for our clients. Please note that Nationwide Advisors achieved the abovereferenced rating as a result of its failure to respond to one complaint by its prior owners. Since that time said complaint has been addressed and resolved by the current principals. We are doing this so that we can properly and effectively represent individuals who need assistance in resolving their financial obligations. To date, we are satisfied with the level of professionalism of the individuals with whom we are now associated with at this time.
