Very Poor excise for an Ebay Business!!!!!!

Our Youth Soccer League ordered 2 soccer balls from this company, we ordered them a month before the league started so we would make sure they were here for the first game this spring. Well we used these balls as game balls only and they lasted a total
of 2 games before coming apart at the seems and had the bladder bulging out. I contacted the company via email and asked about getting a refund, they told me to take pictures of the balls and send to them and they would issue a refund. They emailed me back
and said they had a problem with paypal excepting it. So I call Ebay and after the lady read all the emails between Sunny & Omi Sales and I she determined that I didn't need to file a claim against them that all I had to do was request my money from them on
Paypal. So I did and emailed them back telling them the request for a refund was sent, today I get an email back from them saying that since it was past the 14 day refund period they could not issue a refund and rejected my Paypal request. This company sells
no name brands that mimic name brands and are very, very poorly made. Even the balls we buy from Walmart last us a whole season of games and are still good enough to use for practice the next season. I suggest to anyone thinking of buying from them think twice
and shop someplace else unless you like to waste money and time!!!!!
