Horrible rude receptionist

I was there tonight August 31 2018 with my husband ,when we about to pay for the stuff this big bald guy just standing there doing something doesn't even acknowledge us or say oh wait a moment or anything and afterwards the whole paying process he just has a attitude and only saying everything in one word '''' card 'sign here , ID ,it made us felt very uncomfortable and disrespected and after we done paying my husband has a question about how does these points work ,he respomded so unclearly and just made us feel like he didn't even wants to answer ! This is pretty horrible customer service ! I don't even know why super pets has employees like this !? We are thinking about going to other store from now
