Of course the 1.00 trail is a temporary seven days. Then its 29.95 a month. The rip off occurs when they billed my credit card a second time 15days later. From the first time they billed me the 29.95 I could NOT access my report then you get messages saying that your not a member and getting in touch with someone through any of the 800 numbers is next to impossible and they refuse the refund both or even one of the monthly charges. They have the customer Service skills of a shark at a petting zoo.
