I joined surveyhead years ago and it was operating by another name at the time. They told me that once they converted, the payouts would be much faster, yet I still get the same "FORM EMAIL" stating that they are backlogged and hope to clear it up soon. Please!!! They've been backlogged for years it seems! I've gotten paid in the past because there was a rep there named, "AL" who approved my payouts and did it in a timely manner. Well what do you know? Al isn't there anymore and they outsourced to India and these people are CLUELESS!!!!
I have cashed out over a month ago and was waiting on my payment when I get this email:
Dear Michele,
We have reviewed your recent Paypal request to cash
out funds from Surveyhead.Due to
irregularities in your account, your cash out
request has been denied.Unfortunately this
decision cannot be overturned and is final.
The reason for this decision most likely relates
to a violation of the Surveyhead terms and conditions.

What IRREGULARITIES??? You approved all my surveys!
They never did tell me what "Irregularities" they found after I've been with them for years. I think because I harrass the crap out of them because they take 3 months to approve and validate a survey. No company I work with is run so poorly. They need to be SHUT DOWN! They have several companies so BE CAREFUL!!! It's all run under United Sample. Check out the Terms and Conditions part of their site.
What kind of game are they playing? and why does it take so long to get your money sent to your paypal? First it takes 6 weeks to verify your payment which makes no sense! What is to verify???????????????? It then it takes up to another 4 weeks for them to put the money in your paypal. Do they expect people to do surveys for them for months and months without even knowing if they will get anything out of it? Do yourself a favor and stay away from this site,it will bring you nothing but frustration and disappointment. Also if you are a company, DO NOT HIRE THEM!! THEY ARE SCUM!!!!!!
