Poor customer service

Bought two. ONE week over warranty, maybe 8 uses, one of them fails and stops working and they billed me for the labor and refused to back off the charge. Customer service is ZERO and HOSTILE. I'm not going pay $200+ a year to maintain this going forward, I'll dump them both on Craigs List or eBay and cut my losses.
The warranty policy is MISLEADING at best.
I am disgusted with the company attitude and certainly I will never purchase anything from them again. Trust me, you do NOT want to deal with this company and especially the customer service person, if that's what you can refer to it as.
